2-Year Limited Warranty

D'BakerAid Two (2) Year Limited Warranty

Warrantor. This warranty is provided by Ignivio Brands LLC, 539 West Commerce Street #5658, Dallas, TX 75208 · c.care@dbakeraid.com.

What's covered, and for how long. If your D'BakerAid Smart Hub or D'Steamer™ fails to work as designed under normal household use — a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship — within two (2) years from the original delivery date, we will make it right as described below.

The remedy. We will repair the product, or replace it with the same or an equivalent model. If repair or replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be completed, we will refund the purchase price.

Shipping for approved warranty claims. D'BakerAid will provide and pay for reasonable transportation to its designated service location and return delivery of the repaired or replacement product. No warranty shipping, handling or processing fee will be charged. Unauthorized shipments will not be reimbursed.

Accessories. Accessories and consumable or wear components — the Tritan proofing and fermentation bowls and lids, the stainless mixing bowl, the bread lame and blades, the dough whisk, and the aprons — are not covered for normal wear, cosmetic deterioration, scratching, or damage caused by use. Manufacturing defects present in supplied accessories are covered.

What's not covered. Normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, neglect, drops, or skipped cleaning; commercial or non-household use; damage in transit caused by improper return packaging; repairs or modifications by anyone we haven't authorized; units bought from unauthorized resellers; use outside the United States.

Who it covers. The original purchaser, with proof of purchase. The warranty stays with you — it doesn't transfer with the device.

How a claim works. Email c.care@dbakeraid.com with your order number and a photo or short video. Most issues are solved remotely — usually by shipping you a replacement part, free. If the unit itself needs service, we'll authorize the shipment and send you a prepaid label.

Want more than two years? The 3-Year Service Protection Plan (included in the Ultimate Value Pack, or available as an add-on) extends coverage to three full years.

Effective date. This warranty applies to orders placed on or after August 26, 2026. Orders placed before that date keep the coverage that was advertised when they were purchased.

Your rights under state law. Repair, replacement or refund as described above is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. To the extent local law allows, implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this two-year term, and D'BakerAid is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
