1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • To be eligible for return:
  • The product must be unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • The following are not eligible for return:
  • Products that have been used
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products showing signs of wear, residue, or contamination
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Due to hygiene, safety, and electrical considerations, used products cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
4. Damage During Return
  • Products returned with damage caused by:
  • Inadequate packaging
  • Missing protective inserts
  • Improper handling during return shipment

will not be refunded.

5. Restocking Fees
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied in the following cases:
  • Opened or used packaging
  • Missing accessories
  • Minor cosmetic damage
  • Returns not in original condition

The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
WARRANTY POLICY
7. Limited Warranty Coverage

We provide a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failures under normal household use
8. Warranty Exclusions
  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Glass breakage after delivery
  • Improper use, misuse, or neglect
  • Incorrect voltage or electrical supply
  • Power surges or lightning damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
9. Warranty Resolution

If a valid defect is confirmed:

  • We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished.
  • Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.
10. Proof of Defect Requirement

To process a warranty claim, we may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Serial number
  • Photos or video showing the issue

Failure to provide sufficient proof may delay or void the claim.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product..
12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
